JOB SUMMARY:
While maintaining good public relations with the community and implementing the vision of the Agency, this position assists with project planning and administrative responsibilities for the diversity and inclusion program.
This is not a Human Resource Position
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:
Training and experience equivalent to completion of twelfth grade. Three years of clerical/secretarial work experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Bilingual/Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong project schedule planning follow-up within timelines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
OTHER:
Use of an automobile, possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance for the minimum amount prescribed by law or the ability to provide independent transportation.
