Job Purpose Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties. Typically operates a single or multiple position telephone system. Maintains a visitors’ log and issues badges when necessary. Notifies personnel of visitor arrival. Performs related clerical/admin work. May use company intranet, paging or other computer-based systems. Additional duties may include filing, sorting, mail distribution and completing special clerical/admin projects.

Responsibilities
  • Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties.
  • Performs plant timekeeping duties and submits hours to Corporate Payroll for processing.
  • Maintains a Visitors log and issues badges when necessary
  • Notifies personnel of visitor arrival
  • May perform related clerical/administrative work
  • May use company intranet and other computer based systems
  • Coordinates and maintains conference room schedule
  • Performs various clerical functions for members of office staff as needed
  • Maintain company organization charts, employee directory and phone list
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Process week and biweekly payroll
Education & Experience
  • Experience with payroll administration is desired
  • Excellent Phone skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Effective Oral, Written, and Communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • 1-2 Years Of Office/lobby Experience Required

Compensation

Salary Range (annual): $43,000 - $47,840 ($20 - $23)
