The Accounting Intern will support the Accounting team with day-to-day financial and accounting tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional corporate environment. This internship provides exposure to core accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls, and is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance.
Hourly Pay is $20.

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities (e.g., reconciliations, documentaries).
- Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with Fixed Asset, Expense Reports, Vendor statements, and audit support requests.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data analysis skills preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
