Our client is building a modern accounting automation platform designed for complex, high-growth finance teams. This role bridges real-world accounting operations and technology delivery, shaping how close processes are discovered, scoped, and implemented ’ll directly influence how accounting teams operate with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

• Salary range: $120-135K DOE, plus equity, bonus and benefits

• Lead accounting-focused discovery with Controllers and Accounting leaders
• Assess ERP setups, close workflows, and accounting policies
• Define what can be automated versus configured or excluded
• Design and support implementation of automated accounting workflows
• Ensure accuracy, reconciliation integrity, and audit readiness in delivery
• Surface recurring accounting patterns and edge cases to inform internal playbooks

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as senior accountant and accounting manager
• Hands-on experience with multiple enterprise ERPs (Net Suite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Oracle Fusion)
• Hands on experience in complex, high-pressure close environments including general ledger accounting, monthly close, revenue recognition, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and GAAP accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting controls and audit procedures
• Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Comfortable working directly with Controllers and CFO’s
