A large professional services organization in the South Bay is looking to bring on an Accounting Manager to join their team. In this role, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing month‑end close and GL operations. To be successful in this role, the Accounting Manager should be a team player, have a great demeanor, and be able to work in a high growth organization.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- 4‑7 years of accounting experience
- Must have public accounting experience
- Should be a CPA (close to or actively taking exams)
- Advanced Excel
- Oversee the accounting department
- Month, quarter, and year‑end financial reviews
- Supervise AP and AR
- Support treasury and cash management
- Revenue and expenditure analysis
- Capital asset reconciliation
- Support development and implementation of new processes and procedures
- Prepare financial statements
- Oversee staff and delegate work
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
