As the company continues to grow, the team is looking to add an Accounting & HR Manager to support both the financial and people operations of the business.

This is a dual-role position supporting Accounting and HR functions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records by properly managing fix assets, commission earnings, accounts payable transactions. For the HR responsibility, the main thrust will be payroll, benefits and immigration matter as team members are expatriates. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundation in accounting and who is looking to broaden their experience in HR.

This position will be full time and will require to be in office in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties & Functions Accounting
  • Post transactions into the accounting software.
  • Process and record financial transactions – commission payments, accounts payable, card
  • Payments and expenses;

    Generate monthly financial reports;
  • Maintain financial and other administrative records.
Human Resource
  • Monthly payroll;
  • Immigration process and documentation;
  • Monitor federal and state laws that are HR related.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with accounting software;
  • Excellent record keep and attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written communication;
  • Experience in preparation and analysis of financial reports
  • Excellent organizational skills;

    Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
