We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is a key contributor to our accounting operations, responsible for the integrity of the general ledger and the efficiency of our month-end close process. The ideal candidate will handle complex accounting cycles, support external audits, and collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for account reconciliations, general ledger entries such as accruals, supervision of accounts payable, audit support, maintaining the lease accounting schedules, quarterly roll forwards, and month-end close.
- Core Operations: Lead general accounting functions, including the management of accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets; ensure all journal entries and reconciliations are accurate and GAAP-compliant.
- Financial Close: Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by preparing complex reconciliations and analyzing financial statement variances.
- Audit & Compliance: Act as a primary point of contact for external auditors; prepare detailed audit schedules and documentation to ensure a seamless year-end audit and internal control review.
- Accounts Payable Oversight: Oversee the AP lifecycle, including PO matching and vendor management. Ensure the accuracy of check runs and adherence to internal payment controls.
- Process Improvement: Research and resolve complex AP inquiries; identify opportunities to automate or streamline existing accounting workflows.
- Expense Management: Manage and audit employee expense reports via Expensify, ensuring strict adherence to company travel and entertainment policies.
Hiring Criteria
We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in accounting principles, proven leadership abilities, and deep experience in public company reporting.
Required Qualifications- Education: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (Senior level) or 7+ years with supervisory experience (Manager level).

Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Net Suite and the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel XLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables). - Analytical
Skills:
Strong understanding of US GAAP and the ability to perform technical accounting research as needed. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-accounting stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: A proactive, "self-starter" mentality; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
- Language: Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese (speaking and reading) is highly preferred.
