Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza

You were born to be the boss. Now you can be the boss of a Domino’s store. As an Assistant Manager you’ll ensure that every shift runs smoothly, that customers receive the best experience, and that your team follows all policies and procedures.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control during your shift.
• Manage customer relations and ensure excellent service.
• Lead staffing, paperwork, and scheduling so the store runs efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to standards for a perfect image.
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain profitability.

• Strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in using a computer or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Motor coordination and the ability to quickly and accurately handle precise movements.
• Basic financial skills—adding, subtracting, multiplying, and making accurate monetary change.
• Must be able to navigate a delivery area and deliver products reliably.
• Attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation to/from work.
