The Program Manager will provide ongoing support and supervision to clients and employees that provide supportive living services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities living in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wants to join a fast‑growing company and help build the program and grow the business.
Primary Responsibilities- Assess current trends and develop plans that ensure the progress and success of clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with the Regional Center is a major plus.
- Review budgets and business plans.
- Establish a culture of top‑level quality service delivery.
- Form relationships with employees and external customers (regional center personnel, etc.) to maximize business performance and positive company reputation.
- Advocate and support clients’ rights so they are treated fairly.
- Prepare the branch to be audit‑ready at all times.
- Directly supervise caregivers that provide direct services to our clients.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce in multiple cities.
- Experience running a business is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driving to other offices or counties may be required; must be able to respond to emergencies.
Our company began in 2015 with one location and has expanded to several cities throughout California. We provide supportive living services to clients in the privacy of their homes; the clients do not live in a facility or a group home.
Note:
This is NOT a remote position and requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the county area.
