Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour

We are looking for a bilingual Medical Scribe who is passionate about the health of our patients to join our Cardiology team.

• Observe patient-physician interactions and accurately transcribe patient notes into each patient’s electronic health record
• Enter orders or referrals on behalf of the licensed healthcare provider
• Document care provided, tests ordered, prescriptions issued, care plan
• Adhere to HIPAA laws

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of scribing experience
• Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
• Strong computer keyboard skills (60+ WPM)
• EMR competence
• Excellent navigation of multitasking, organization, and time management skills
• Possess advanced communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Capable of keeping up in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

• Completion of a medical scribe certificate
• Course completion of medical terminology, CPT and ICD coding, HIPAA laws/ regulations, human anatomy/physiology
• Experience with transcription
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• This is a full-time, in-office position. The clinic is located at 506 W. Valley Blvd. Unit #100, San Gabriel, CA 91776.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $21 - $23 per hour. This salary expectation represents our national target range for this role.
