The following duties and responsibilities apply to this hourly store team member position.

• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare products for service
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
• Deliver product by car to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers
• Navigate delivery routes, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings
• Carry pizzas, sides, and beverages during deliveries

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
• Insurance coverage on a vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Strong navigational skills: reading maps, locating addresses, and tracing routes within a designated area
• Quick arithmetic and cash handling for accurate monetary change
• Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing
• Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for rapid, precise movements
• Entry of orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Standing, walking, and short‑distance traversing for most tasks
• Carrying items up to 50 pounds, including ingredient cases and pizza dough (approximately 12 lb per tray)
• Pushing or pulling stacks of trays on dollies; requires moderate force
• Climbing stairs or ladders during delivery operations and for in‑store maintenance as needed
• Repeated bending, stooping, and squatting for stocking and cleaning tasks

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather during deliveries
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in certain areas
• Potential exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F
• Limited space in walk‑in coolers and tight work environments
• Use of sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and high‑heat equipment
