• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Understand and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders, both over the phone and in person.

• Accurate math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); calculator use accepted.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Telephone, written, and verbal skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Deliver product by car to customer doorways.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Navigate addresses within a designated delivery area (maps, GPS).
• Manage adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product.

• Stand for most tasks, walk on tile and linoleum surfaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and use a hand truck for bulk deliveries.
• Bend, reach, and crouch repeatedly for ingredient stocking and equipment upkeep.
• Work with hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts in a kitchen environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older for in‑store work.
• Must be 18 years of age or older for delivery work.
