Job Summary

WeBox, the leading intelligent marketplace for personalized group orders, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role ensures seamless delivery operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and efficiency. We're looking for someone flexible and tech-savvy who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages last-minute changes, and embodies our values of transparency, resilience, and accountability.

Core

Responsibilities

Route & Process Optimization:
Provide support for route planning and identify key improvements to streamline delivery and sorting processes.

Driver & Partner Support:
Train and assist drivers with our Driver App, troubleshoot and install printers, and provide vehicle management.

Corporate & Onsite Support:
Offer on-site assistance for corporate clients, support daily operations, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Inventory & Audits:
Conduct inventory management and daily audits, track materials, and support kitchen and equipment maintenance.

Team Development:
Assist with recruiting and training for sorting and driver workforce.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain and ensure compliance with quality standards and on-time delivery (OTD).

Additional Tasks:
Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support operational needs.

Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years of delivery platform experience.

Professional Skills:
Team-oriented, responsive, organized, with excellent customer-facing and communication abilities.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools.

Personality:
Professional, punctual, with an upbeat attitude and continuous improvement mindset.

Organization:
Detail-oriented and consistent in reviewing work before delivery.

Language:
Fluent in English;
Spanish is a plus.

Restaurant supervisor experience is a plus.
