As part of a tight-knit, high-caliber engineering team, you'll take ownership of core AI systems powering the marketplace. You'll design and ship production ML models across ranking, retrieval, personalization, and LLM‑powered workflows; build robust evaluation frameworks; deploy and monitor models in production; and directly influence the intelligence layer that drives marketplace growth and quality, all while working closely with experienced founders and product leaders.

• Design and build AI/ML systems that power matchmaking, ranking, search, and automation across the marketplace
• Own model development end‑to‑end— from data collection and labeling strategy to deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production
• Develop and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure quality, bias, reliability, and business impact
• Work on large‑scale retrieval and ranking problems across millions of candidate profiles
• Collaborate closely with product, AI engineers, and full‑stack teams to ship systems that directly improve marketplace performance
• Set technical direction and best practices for applied AI across the platform
• Onsite

• 5-8 years of experience building and owning production AI/ML systems used by real users
• Experience with LLM‑based systems, retrieval, ranking, NLP, personalization, or large‑scale matching systems
• Strong judgment around evaluation and metrics—knows how to measure what truly matters for product outcomes
• Track record of shipping AI systems that drive measurable business impact
• High ownership, strong product instincts, and ability to operate autonomously in an early‑stage environment
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and operations
• Excited to solve real‑world AI problems with a tight‑knit, ambitious team
