As a Forward‑Deployed Engineer, you are the tip of the spear. You’ll drop into the messiest, most critical parts of our customers’ businesses and turn legacy operations into AI‑driven systems. You won’t follow a playbook. You’ll write it—alongside the smartest operators, engineers, and AI minds in the world.

• Embed with customers and learn how they really operate
• Design and deploy AI Workers that immediately transform their business
• Build lightweight tools, integrations, and logic—then iterate in real time
• Debug edge cases, optimize performance, and ensure the AI works every time
• Bridge engineering and operations, with full ownership from day one

• You think like a founder, not an employee
• You care about outcomes, not org charts or job titles
• You’re technical enough to build, and relentless enough to finish
• You thrive in chaos and move fast when others hesitate
• You see ambiguity as opportunity—not risk

• Strong software background (CS, Physics, Engineering, Math—or you taught yourself by building)
• Proficient in Python, Java, JS/TS, or similar
• Comfortable with APIs, data flows, scripting, and building quickly
• Exceptional communicator—you can talk to executives and operators alike
• Experience in logistics, AI deployment, or high‑stakes ops is a plus, but not required
• Willing to travel to where the action is (~25%). Do what you love and see the world at the same time!
