• Design, develop, and maintain a secure agent and model platform with new tools and functionality.
• Implement enterprise features such as team management and SSO.
• Contribute end‑to‑end across the stack, from front‑end interfaces to back‑end systems.
• Optimize platform and infrastructure to be scalable and robust.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve red‑teaming algorithms and guardrail model capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS or related field.
• Deep expertise in backend development, API design, databases, and authentication.
• Hands‑on experience with front‑end (FastAPI, Node.js, Next.js, Type Script, CSS).
• Hands‑on experience in implementing and deploying AI/ML models and agents, proficiency with Python.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker containerization and deployment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication.

• Experience developing novel red‑teaming and guardrail algorithms for LLMs and agents.
• Experience in model evaluation with efficient inference packages (e.g., vLLM, sglang).
• Experience building agents with popular ADKs such as Lang Graph, Google SDKs, and ChatGPT applications.
• Strong enthusiasm for fast‑paced startup environment and ownership.
