Salary : $200,000 – $300,000 + Equity
The OpportunityOur client is a seed-stage startup backed by top-tier investors, building the next-generation platform for modern enterprise workflows and AI-driven applications. We are looking for a high-velocity Full-Stack Engineer to serve as a cornerstone of our technical team.
In this role, you will work directly with the founder to own core architecture, lead product development, and build the foundation that will power our first major production deployments.
What You’ll Do- Architect & Orchestrate: Design the core orchestration layer connecting complex workflows, AI agents, and dynamic UIs.
- Full-Stack Ownership: Develop and scale a robust Type Script/Node.js backend and a high-performance React + Tailwind frontend.
- Build AI Workflows: Create intuitive dashboards, forms, and seamless human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
- Integration & Intelligence: Connect automation layers across REST APIs, SQL data sources, and third-party enterprise platforms.
- Technical Leadership: Define engineering culture, set best practices, and deeply influence product direction.
- Experience: 5–10 years of software engineering experience (exceptional candidates with 3+ years and rapid progression will be considered).
- Startup DNA: Proven track record at venture-backed startups (Seed to Series D) with 20–1,000 employees.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Type Script, React, and Node.js
, with strong experience in database management and modern API design. - AI/LLM Proficiency: Practical experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Ownership Mindset: Strong product sensibility and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced "0 to 1" environment.
- Experience as a Founding Engineer
. - Background in Enterprise SaaS
, internal tools, or data-intensive applications. - Experience building "builder-centric" products (e.g., Retool, Zapier, or Airtable).
