As a founding engineer, you’ll help shape the core infrastructure for AI-native enterprise work:

• Composable AI agents that operate across tools and functions, capable of managing async workflows, coordinating with humans, and escalating intelligently
• Enterprise memory graph that combines unstructured content, system metadata, and workflow history into a shared knowledge substrate accessible across agents
• Multi-agent orchestration layer with secure, role‑aware execution logic, allowing AI agents to collaborate, self‑correct, and elevate to humans
• Reinforcement‑based agents that learn from outcomes, user feedback, and usage telemetry to improve performance over time
• Governed, secure interfaces that make AI safe and scalable inside real orgs

These aren’t one‑off automations. You’ll build a core platform that unifies fragmented enterprise tools into an intelligent, self‑improving system.

You’ll operate full‑stack, shape system architecture, and ship production‑grade software that gets used by real companies in real workflows.

We’re looking for builders — clear thinkers who turn ideas into working systems.

You might be a fit if you have:

• 4‑8 years in software, AI systems, or platform engineering
• Experience shipping real products — internal tools or client‑facing
• Strength in system architecture and hands‑on coding (language agnostic)
• Practical knowledge of AI workflows, agent coordination, and API design
• Experience deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong communication across technical and non‑technical teams
• A track record of leading projects and owning architectural decisions
• Building configurable platforms or low‑code tools
• Consulting or client‑facing work
• A degree in CS, AI, or equivalent experience
