Senior Software Engineer

Join a high-growth, AI-first digital health startup on a mission to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications, helping hundreds of thousands of new patients get the treatments they need faster. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own major product surfaces end-to-end, working closely with AI and Product to bring frontier LLM capabilities into real-world healthcare workflows.

• Design, build, and scale Python-based backend systems and APIs that power AI-driven automation in healthcare.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLM services in production, optimizing for performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with AI and product teams to refine workflows, gather user feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.

• Lead development of new AI-powered features that simplify and accelerate clinical and operational workflows.
• Scale the full-stack architecture to support 100× transaction growth and real-time analytics.
• Shape the data and API layer used for internal analytics and external integrations.

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production full-stack software.
• Strong proficiency with Python, Type Script, and React

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and scalable backend services.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, AI, and product.
• Ability to work on-site in Menlo Park at least three days per week.
