• Build AI Agents:
  Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real‑world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS.
• Advance AI Reasoning:
  Improve the decision‑making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively.
• Integrate and Optimize Models:
  Architect and fine‑tune foundational models, integrating them into scalable solutions that address real‑world logistics challenges.
• Develop Evaluation Frameworks:
  Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work closely with engineers, product managers, and logistics experts to translate domain‑specific challenges into innovative AI solutions.

• Educational Background:
  At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
• Experience with AI Systems:
  Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi‑step processes.
• Expertise in Model Optimization:
  Strong knowledge of fine‑tuning and optimizing AI models for real‑world performance.
