Deployed Engineer

We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents designed to act as collaborative AI teammates for engineering teams. Our products include an AI software engineer and an AI-native IDE, built to help engineers focus on higher-leverage problems and enable teams to achieve more ambitious goals.

We are hiring a Deployed Engineer to serve as a customer-facing technical expert. In this role, you will help customers maximize the value of our AI platform by embedding it directly into their engineering workflows and production environments.

This position blends hands‑on engineering, technical sales, product intuition, and customer partnership. You will work closely with engineering teams, lead deployments and pilots, and drive adoption from initial integration through long‑term success.

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle — from deployment to activation and expansion.
• Partner directly with customer engineering teams to understand workflows and identify high‑impact use cases.
• Deploy AI tools into real production environments and ensure smooth integrations.
• Lead demos, pilots, and technical deep‑dives.
• Build strong relationships with users to drive engagement and product adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer, shaping product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Proactively implement requested features and advocate internally for customer needs.
• Move quickly across multiple clients, managing context switches and solving problems before they become blockers.

• 2–4 years of experience as a full‑stack software engineer.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre‑sales roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Type Script .
• Experience deploying or integrating technical products into production environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with engineering stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset with strong judgment and bias toward action.
• Comfortable working fully on‑site (5 days/week) in NYC, SF, or Austin.
