Location: San Francisco, CA (In-Person)
Compensation: $160,000 – $235,000 + 0.5% – 1.5% Equity Experience: 1–6 Years (Open to 0–5 for the right profile)

, creating a future where go-to-market (GTM) workflows are powered by autonomous agents rather than manual spreadsheets. As a Founding Engineer
, you will be the first technical hire, architecting systems that drive revenue for the world’s most sophisticated sales teams.

• Build Autonomous Agents: Design agents that identify, prioritize, and engage prospects at scale.
• Architect Core Systems: Own the enterprise‑grade infrastructure supporting real‑time, high‑stakes GTM workflows.
• Ship Polished UX: Turn deep technical complexity into beautiful, intuitive interfaces that sales teams can trust.
• Direct Impact: Work directly with customers to understand their pain points and ship solutions in hours, not weeks.

• Frontend/Backend: Mastery of Type Script, React, and Node.js

• Systems Thinking: Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization

• High Agency: You identify problems and fix them without being asked. If you push code that breaks, you’re the one who stays online to fix it.
• Product Mindset: You care about the "why" behind the code and have strong visual/UX sensibilities.
• Pedigree: Olympiad experience (math/coding) or a background in high‑impact, fast‑paced engineering environments is a major plus.
