We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This role is based out of our Bay Area office
.
- Own full‑stack features from design to production: design APIs, implement backend services, and build maintainable UI components.
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and observable services including APIs, background workers, authentication, and third‑party integrations.
- Implement polished, accessible, performant UIs using modern React patterns and best practices.
- Design and tune persistence layers: schema design, indexing, query optimization, caching strategies.
- Ship well‑tested code and own CI/CD flows, rollouts, and incident responses.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers in weekly planning, design reviews, and execution.
- Drive technical proposals, trade‑off analysis, and documentation.
- Act like a product owner for your domain
— prioritize customer value, shipping, and quality. - Continuously improve our platform through code reviews, refactoring, and system improvements.
- Solve interesting technical problems with creativity and strong engineering judgement.
- 2–5 years of professional experience building production web applications across frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js/Type Script, Python, or Java.
- Strong fundamentals in REST/Graph
QL API design and integration. - Solid database knowledge (relational databases, indexing, query optimisation). MySQL experience preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms — deploying, monitoring, and operating services.
- Practical experience with testing (unit, integration, e2e), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Good debugging skills
— comfortable tracing issues across UI, APIs, and databases. - Clear communication and documentation habits with a collaborative, low‑ego mindset.
- Familiarity with modern code editors like VS Code, Cursor, etc.
