Salary: $162,000 – $234,000 base (flexible depending on experience)

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based web applications and supporting backend systems.
• Work across the stack with modern technologies like Type Script, Python, React, and JavaScript.
• Make architectural and product-impacting decisions to help scale products to support massive healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Clinical teams to deliver intuitive and impactful features.
• Contribute to building internal engineering best practices while mentoring and collaborating with peers.
• Participate in fast-paced, high-ownership work that supports mission-critical clinical workflows.

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer working at senior or staff level.
• Proven 0-to-1 product experience and a track record of building customer-facing applications from the ground up.
• Prior experience in one or more of the following types of companies:
  • AI-first startups or scale-ups
  • Fast-moving, high-output tech companies
  • Healthtech startups
  • FAANG (Meta, Amazon Health, Google, etc.)
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and systems design.
• Comfortable working across the stack (50/50 frontend/backend).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ownership mindset.

• Experience in healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical tools is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• Passionate about AI and its real-world impact, particularly in healthcare.
• Demonstrated growth trajectory with internal promotions and long-term contributions to past teams.

• Base Salary: $162,000 – $234,000 (flexible)

• Location Requirement: Candidates must be willing to work on-site at least 3 days per week in SF or NYC.
