Join the Consumer Group (CG) AI team and take a pivotal leadership role driving the development and deployment of AI-native and embedded AI experiences for millions of Turbo Tax and Credit Karma customers. We are building the next generation of financial products fueled by and injected into Generative AI and Agentic experiences, with a mission to deliver prosperity around the world.
You will be a highly technical and results-oriented leader, responsible for overseeing dynamic teams of Software Engineers and embedded AI Scientists
. You will serve as a hands-on engineering mentor and strategic driver, specializing in leveraging Generative AI, Agentic systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to solve complex customer problems and unlock new business opportunities. You will drive rapid, iterative delivery, constantly uphold a high-quality bar, and strategically unblock your teams to ensure maximum velocity and performance. Success in this role requires a strong balance of deep technical fundamentals, business acumen, and exceptional cross-functional partnership across the functions including Product, Legal, Security, and Design.
