This role includes meaningful equity compensation. Our engineering culture is in-person, and this role will be based in our SF HQ office 5x per week.

We’re looking for a full-time Sr. Software Engineer. As an early member of our Engineering team, you will contribute to AI agent initiatives with a 0 to 1 scope. You will have substantial autonomy and rapid learning opportunities. Tech stack includes React, Type Script, Rust, and Ruby, with work on foundation models to support both coding agent use-cases and vision-language model use-cases.

You will report directly to our co-founder.

• Go 0 to 1 on our newest AI agent, partnering with Product and GTM teams to unlock new automation opportunities in large enterprise customers.
• Build delightful user interfaces with our design team to make AI intuitive for non-technical users.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable infrastructure for large enterprise datasets.
• Own end-to-end project execution to deliver high-quality AI applications.
• Collaborate with co-founders to understand customer needs and make product decisions that improve user experience.

Essentials

• 3+ years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving environment
• Self-driven, fast learner; ability to own open-ended projects end-to-end

• Have experience with React, Ruby, Type Script, SQL, AWS, Rust
• Have expertise with building AI applications and AI agents
• Have expertise building customer-facing SDKs, external APIs or other developer tools
