AI Engineer; Autonomous QA Systems

We’re hiring a senior AI engineer to help evolve the systems behind Context

QA’s autonomous QA platform. This is a hands-on role focused on building durable, production-grade AI capabilities rather than research prototypes.

• Design and improve systems for context ingestion, persistence, and reasoning
• Strengthen how AI agents generate, optimize, and execute tests
• Improve reliability, cost efficiency, and scalability of AI-driven workflows
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to align AI capabilities with customer needs

• Experience building and operating AI-driven systems in production
• Strong systems thinking and comfort with distributed architectures
• Practical mindset around tradeoffs, failure modes, and cost constraints
• Ability to operate with evolving requirements and imperfect inputs
• Interest in developer tools, testing platforms, or infrastructure is a plus

You’ll lead the evolution from advanced automation to autonomy—shaping how the system gathers and retains context, understands application behavior, generates meaningful tests, and improves itself over time. The decisions you make will influence the platform’s architecture, intelligence, and competitive differentiation for years.
