Fullstack Engineer

Our multi‑dimensional team is made up of industry experts, product designers and passionate software engineers located across the US and India.

This will be a hybrid role requiring onsite presence for 3 days/week. Ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco, CA.

We are looking for passionate and motivated Fullstack engineers who will build revolutionary products and applications for digital health / Lifesciences companies. You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical development and driving innovation within our company.

This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, architecting and building front & backend systems, integrating with machine learning models, defining data structures, and running quality assessments.

• Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications.
• Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps.
• Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure the application's scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Help drive technical decisions and ensuring that software development processes and best practices are followed.
• Hands‑on experience working on user‑facing products, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
• Experienced in agile practices for development and quality delivery.

• 5+ years of hands‑on professional experience of developing solutions.
• Proficiency in one or more languages:
  Python, Fast Api, Type Script, React/Node JS, HTML.
• Experience with various types of databases (MySql, Mongo
  
  DB) and common web development tools & services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Dev Ops practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments.

• Proven experience with cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building cloud‑native applications.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience using microservices architectures and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with Life sciences or bio‑pharma companies will be a plus.
• Experience with machine learning, data science, and modern AI (Large Language Models) would be a plus.
