Software Dev Engineer II, eero Core Engineering

Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment that operates like a startup with amazon? eero is looking for a cloud backend engineer to rapidly iterate and release new experiences to our customers on a combined cloud/iOS/android development team. • Quickly iterate on customer-facing features with product, design, mobile, web, and device, and qa engineers.
• Develop cloud backend services to support user and node clients
• Write extensible APIs for partner teams and external clients to consume
• Lead and participate in design reviews for large-scale software architecture
• Create tools and automation to eliminate manual work
• Participate in an on-call rotation and work to ensure that cloud services are operationally sound

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
