• Design and Develop: Independent, end‑to‑end ownership of the design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust customer‑facing interactive web applications. Make data‑driven decisions while practicing creative problem solving.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide other engineers within the team, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with API teams, Product, QA, and UI/UX to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of web applications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience. Build for scalability, observability, and security.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDA regulations for medical software, including documentation, quality assurance processes, and adherence to regulatory standards in web application development.
• Innovation: Contribute to a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.

• Education: BS in Computer Science or a related technical field + 8 years of experience; OR MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field + 6 years; OR equivalent practical experience as a full‑stack software engineer.
