Job Description: You will design, implement, and scale foundational AI models for multi-omics at massive scale. This role bridges the gap between state-of-the-art machine learning and transformative clinical outcomes. Working in a multidisciplinary team, you will build robust experimentation pipelines and optimize high-performance algorithms to decode complex biological systems and protect human health.

• Work at the intersection of frontier AI and biology to tackle massive challenges such as neurological disease

• Implement and optimize high-performance ML algorithms for massive-scale training and reliable distributed computing
• Design and maintain robust experimentation pipelines to enable rapid iteration and reproducible research outcomes
• Refactor prototype research code into production-grade repositories with a focus on high-signal experimental design

• Proven experience training, optimizing, and deploying large-scale foundation models (7B+ parameters) using PyTorch or JAX
• Deep expertise in low-level optimization including CUDA, Triton, quantization, and hardware-specific tuning for GPUs or TPUs
• Strong track record of solving hard technical problems and communicating complex approaches in collaborative research environments
