Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Design innovative software architectures that meet client specifications.
• Implement best practices in coding and software development to enhance team productivity.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software solutions.

This role is hybrid and requires being onsite at least 2 days per week with the client or as needed.

• Minimum 4+ years of work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics is required.
• HS Diploma/ GED.

• Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Mulesoft Development and Salesforce  is suggested.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
