We're building a consumer finance platform for emerging markets in partnership with very large distribution partners. Our product combines a virtual bank and a cryptocurrency wallet to let users move seamlessly within a single global financial ecosystem. We're a small, senior‑only team moving fast and focused on real impact: rebuild financial rails for billions of underserved users.

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you'll architect our stack, set engineering standards, and build a secure, high‑performance product that handles real money at global scale.

Architect and build across platforms: iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin/Java), Web (React), and backend services (Python + Go/Rust where needed, Postgres, AWS).

Define technical standards, establish best practices, and drive system design decisions.

Build secure, reliable systems for global payments and wallet operations.

Lead end‑to‑end feature delivery: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and partner teams to shape the roadmap and deliver Day‑1 impact.

Mentor engineers and help scale the teams engineering capabilities.

Ground‑floor, high‑impact role in the fast‑growing stablecoin / cross‑border payments space.

Work with proven founders and top‑tier partners; make product decisions that reach millions.

Well‑funded team able to offer strong cash compensation focused on delivering value, not equity gambles.

5+ years building and shipping consumer‑facing mobile and web applications.

Significant full‑stack exposure: comfortable with both frontend and backend concerns.

Hands‑on experience with one or more of:
React, Type Script, Python, Go, Rust, Postgres, AWS, Vercel.

Strong systems design experience, especially for performance, reliability, and security.

Product‑oriented mindset and ability to operate independently in a small senior team.

Experience building for Latin American markets or other emerging markets.

Background in financial technology, payments, or crypto.

Strong product and design sensibility.
