Role Overview

The client is seeking Full Stack Product Engineers to help build and scale their core platform. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning products end to end—from shaping features based on customer feedback to deploying solutions directly into production.

Engineers collaborate closely with customers, move quickly from idea to implementation, and play a key role in defining the technical architecture and tooling.

What the Engineer Will Do
  • Own and ship full-stack product features from design through production

  • Work directly with customers to understand problems and iterate on solutions

  • Scope, prototype, and deploy new product functionality

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction

  • Build systems with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and user experience

Technology Stack

Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React, Type Script, Motion, Tailwind, Radix
Backend: Node.js, Temporal, Kubernetes, Postgres, OLAP databases

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • Shipping high-quality full-stack features using Next.js and Type Script

  • Designing clean, scalable database schemas and queries

  • Building durable Temporal workflows to support complex business logic

  • Delivering responsive, accessible, and performant UI components

  • Continuously improving system performance and overall UX

Ideal Background
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js and Type Script

  • Experience shipping and maintaining production applications

  • Comfort with modern UI frameworks and CSS systems

  • Solid understanding of distributed systems

  • Product-minded, collaborative, and quality-driven

Bonus Experience
  • Prior experience with Temporal

  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms or content management systems
