Job Description: Join Proximitty as a Founding Software Engineer to build the compliance OS for cross-border payments. You'll design and orchestrate intelligent multi-agent workflows and state-of-the-art browser agents that automate AML investigations and help prevent billions in fines for major financial institutions. This is a high-impact, foundational engineering role.

What you will do:
Design and orchestrate explainable multi-agent systems that automate complex compliance workflows requiring 100% accuracy and auditability.
Build evaluation and guardrail frameworks that measure and improve agent reliability, accuracy, and compliance adherence.
Develop state-of-the-art browser agents to automate data extraction, form filling, and multi-step web-based workflows.
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience building and deploying production AI agent systems (planning, reasoning, tool use, evaluation).
Strong background in architecting and scaling distributed systems handling high throughput and complex state.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, or AI Engineering, with a deep passion for transforming financial infrastructure using AI.
