Roger Healthcare has built the leading AI-powered clinical documentation platform for home health, used daily by thousands of clinicians and reducing documentation time by more than 80%. By giving clinicians their time back, we help home health organizations deliver better care to older adults who want to remain in their homes.

We are growing rapidly, backed by world-class investors, and continuously shipping features into real clinical workflows. We are hiring a Software Engineer who wants meaningful ownership across the stack and the opportunity to work closely with AI researchers, senior engineers, and product leaders.

If you want to ship real product, grow quickly, and build technology that empowers clinicians using Generative AI in production, we want to meet you.

• Ship end-to-end features using FastAPI, Mongo
  
  DB/Postgres, and React/React Native
• Build APIs and backend services that integrate directly with LLMs and Generative AI models
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to move quickly while maintaining code quality
• Prototype MVPs and evolve them into scalable, reliable systems
• Work with Docker and AWS as part of our deployment and CI/CD infrastructure

• 2 to 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or interest working across the stack and owning features end-to-end
• Excitement to build production systems powered by LLMs and Generative AI
• Curiosity, ability to learn fast, and willingness to collaborate closely with senior engineers
• Pride in building reliable, maintainable software used by real people
• Motivation to improve patient care through meaningful engineering
