Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, Financial Services, and Experience Clouds for over 1,000 users.
• Design and implement technical solutions using standard Salesforce features and custom code.
• Optimize data models and flows to meet evolving business needs.
• Create custom applications, objects, flows, and UIs of moderate to advanced complexity.
• Evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Manage development requests using APEX, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Omnistudio, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers on refinement, technical discussions, and code reviews.
• Monitor system health, perform audits, prepare for upgrades, and oversee data integrations.
• Act as a liaison among users, vendors, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions.

• 5+ years Salesforce Developer experience
• Experience with API integrations (Mule Soft a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with Git, Git Hub, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and communication skills to understand and articulate requirements
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple requests, and cross‑functional collaboration
• Proactive, creative, analytical thinker with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams (Zoom, Slack, email)
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and drive user adoption
• Experience handling large data sets and implementing bulkification best practices

• Hands‑on experience with Financial Service Cloud
• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Mule Soft, and Omnistudio capabilities
• Background in green energy, financial services, mortgage, or payment solutions
• Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Certified Agentforce, Salesforce
