Moon™ is the operating system for agentic recruiting.

It is a multi-agent AI platform that automates the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end — from sourcing to evaluation to coordination — with humans in the loop where judgment matters.

Moon evaluates and ranks thousands of technical candidates using LLM-driven assessments and a proprietary matching engine that captures deep technical, career‑progression, and role‑fit signals. It continuously enriches candidate profiles, runs autonomous sourcing campaigns, filters noise at scale, and surfaces the top 1 percent of talent for human review. Client feedback is fed directly back into the system, allowing Moon to learn and improve with every hiring decision.

The result is a recruiting co‑pilot that replaces fragmented tools and manual workflows with a single intelligent system — dramatically reducing time‑to‑hire while increasing signal quality and consistency.

We are hiring an Founding Engineer with hands‑on experience building production‑grade Software systems to help scale Moon’s core engine.

• Design and build core product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Architect and scale AI‑driven systems that evaluate, rank, and coordinate talent workflows
• Build reliable, production‑grade services using Type Script and Python
• Own deployment, observability, performance, and cost as first‑class product concerns
• Make foundational technical decisions and evolve the platform as we scale
• Work closely with founders to turn product vision into shipped systems

• Strong full‑stack engineering background with Type Script and Python
• Proven experience shipping and operating production systems
• Solid platform and Dev Ops experience, including:
  Cloud infrastructure design, CI/CD pipelines, and Scaling, reliability, and performance tuning
• Comfort owning infrastructure decisions and evolving them over time (Docker today, Kubernetes or similar at scale)
• Security‑and‑reliability‑first mindset

• Experience building agentic or multi‑agent AI systems
• Hands‑on with Lang Graph
  , Lang Chain
  , or LLM orchestration frameworks
• Prior work on AI‑native products, developer platforms, or workflow automation
• Early‑stage startup experience or strong builder mentality

• Founding‑level ownership with real architectural influence
• Build a category‑defining product at the intersection of AI and hiring
• Work on systems that operate at scale, learn continuously, and ship fast
