We are developing AI-driven systems that facilitate genuine patient interactions and pharmacy operations. As a software engineer, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to deliver features from start to finish—from implementing LLM-powered voice and text systems to integrating with pharmacy platforms. This is a dynamic, hands‑on full‑stack position where your technical decisions will significantly influence our product's scalability.

• Develop and launch AI‑enhanced voice, text, and workflow automation systems
• Take ownership of features from concept through implementation and deployment
• Create seamless integrations with pharmacy and patient management platforms
• Tackle complex challenges: optimizing LLMs, building reliable systems on erratic APIs, and developing abstractions to expedite customer implementations
• Establish engineering procedures to ensure scalability as we grow

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong programming fundamentals;
  Python expertise is a plus
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, APIs, or prompt engineering
• Demonstrable history of leading projects beyond just executing specifications

• Experience working in early‑stage startups
• Background in developing LLM‑based applications
• Familiarity with voice and telephony systems
• Experience with event‑driven architectures

$175k - $250K + generous equity, full benefits, flexible PTO
