As a software engineer, you will collaborate closely with our founding team to deliver features from start to finish—from implementing LLM-powered voice and text systems to integrating with pharmacy platforms. This is a dynamic, hands‑on full‑stack position where your technical decisions will significantly influence our product's scalability.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and launch AI‑enhanced voice, text, and workflow automation systems
- Take ownership of features from concept through implementation and deployment
- Create seamless integrations with pharmacy and patient management platforms
- Tackle complex challenges: optimizing LLMs, building reliable systems on erratic APIs, and developing abstractions to expedite customer implementations
- Establish engineering procedures to ensure scalability as we grow
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong programming fundamentals;
Python expertise is a plus - Hands‑on experience with AI tools, APIs, or prompt engineering
- Demonstrable history of leading projects beyond just executing specifications
- Experience working in early‑stage startups
- Background in developing LLM‑based applications
- Familiarity with voice and telephony systems
- Experience with event‑driven architectures
Hybrid in Palo Alto (Mon/Wed/Thurs)
Compensation$175k - $250K + generous equity, full benefits, flexible PTO
