What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Own technical design, implementation, and delivery of features across the full stack, particularly on the Identity surface (auth, permissions, team management)

• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code

• Facilitate exploration, alignment, and collaboration across teams for owned projects

• Prioritize impactful work by balancing engineering interests with business and product requirements

• Mentor other engineers and provide knowledge transfers through pairing and constructive feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Proven experience as a full-stack product engineer with a holistic approach to systems

• Proficiency in web development and associated devtools, including Typescript and REST API development

• Track record of evolving complex systems while maintaining stability

• Strong understanding of security risks and mitigations

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a growth mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Interest in AI tools and their effective usage in specific scenarios

• Experience building account management features such as invite flows and team management

• Familiarity with enterprise features like audit logs, SSO, and SCIM

• Opinions or experience with authorization at scale, including roles and permissions
