Our interview process consists of a phone screen, two technical interviews, and a call with our founders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead work streams end‑to‑end, including gathering product requirements, proposing solution architectures, developing an implementation plan, managing technical dependencies, and coordinating rollout plans
  • Collaborate directly with users and customer‑facing teammates to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating insights into design solutions
  • Build and maintain data‑rich, interactive frontend applications
  • Scale our backend APIs, systems, and data pipelines to support more use cases, while ensuring maintainability and paying down technical debt
  • Uphold the technical bar as you build, ensuring our platform is performant, scalable, and secure
  • Provide hands‑on mentorship and feedback for teammates
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
  • Participate in and lead design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning meetings

  • Experience owning successful software delivery end‑to‑end
  • Comfort with LLM coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
  • Experience with version control, testing, and debugging tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a bias toward action
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment
