We build in the open (take a look at our Github) and work closely with customers ranging from 2-person startups to Fortune 500s.
About GramGram enables enterprises and fast-moving startups to connect their data to AI securely and platform makes it simple to deploy code and connect APIs to create agentic tools, curate them into toolsets, and ship them as hosted MCPs. These purpose‑built MCP servers power our customers’ agents, coding agents, and chat clients.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Design Engineer who thrives at the intersection of high‑fidelity product design and modern frontend engineering. You’ll work primarily in React/Next.js, crafting polished, intuitive, and developer‑centric user experiences. You’ll own user journeys from pixels to prototypes and all the way to production.
This role is ideal for someone who identifies as a Specialist rather than a generalist. Someone who obsesses over detail, interaction, typography, and the craft of building beautiful, usable developer tools.
You’re a good fit if...- You want to join a talent‑dense team of ex‑founders and domain experts across developer tools, languages, and infrastructure (in fact over a quarter of the team are ex‑founders).
- You’re excited by ownership across the full lifecycle: building, shipping, supporting, and measuring impact.
- You have built and deployed production React and Next.js applications.
- You’ve worked on developer tools and have a strong eye for design, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- You care deeply about creating seamless, enjoyable developer experiences.
