DevOps Engineer

• Compute Layer — Real‑time processing at population scale. Built for streaming, scoring, and running models directly on live health data.
• Intelligence Layer — AI that learns your biology. Predicts, recommends, and reasons over your health data to power personalized insights.
• App Layer — Everything developers need to build health experiences — from APIs to SDKs to UI kits that bring intelligence to life.

At Terra, we aim to be the infrastructure for health data and products alike. To do this we need the most robust, scalable and maintainable infrastructure the world has ever seen; i.e it should be capable of withstanding exponential growth in usage.

You will be working closely with our Frontend, Backend, and Data Engineers to:

• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and manage our cloud resources ensuring the system is reliable, secure and cost effective
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform
• Continuously improve data pipelines to allow for high throughput messages

We believe in learning from failures and hence if you have taken a production environment down previously, that is bonus points!

We currently use AWS and GCP along with deployment tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
