As a Senior Backend Software Engineer
, you’ll own and deliver high-impact projects that power the workflows of some of the world’s most advanced AI organizations. You will:

• Design, build, and scale production-grade backend APIs, services, and infrastructure
  .

• Lead system design and architecture decisions for mission-critical workflows.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and pair programming
  .

• Partner with Product and Design to ship features quickly while maintaining quality and scalability.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, propose scalable solutions, and improve system reliability.

• Contribute to systems enabling leading AI labs to train, test, and evaluate their models
  .

• Strong coding fundamentals (Python preferred, but language-agnostic hiring process).

• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability challenges, and system design
  .

• Experience shipping production systems at scale in high-growth or high-stakes environments.

• Ability to reason about trade-offs between speed and reliability in decision-making.

• Strong communicator, able to align technical execution with business goals.

• High ownership mindset, curiosity, and bias toward delivering simple, pragmatic solutions.

Salary Range: $130,000-$500,000 base.
