• Design and build dynamic, scalable and accessible user interfaces that make data clear, engaging and easy to act on
• Contribute to architectural decisions that advance the scalability, performance and testability of front-end applications
• Research, prototype and implement cutting‑edge AI applications and features, integrating GenAI services and AWS-hosted APIs
• Integrate UI components into AWS-hosted, cloud-native applications
• Work on adjacent server-side codebases as needed, integrating with RESTful and Graph

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, required
• At least five years of professional software engineering experience, including at least three years focused on front‑end development with React and Type Script, required
• Proficiency with the modern React ecosystem, including Vite, Tan Stack libraries (e.g., React Query) and Tailwind CSS, required
• Experience building and integrating data APIs, with proficiency in at least one server‑side programming language (e.g., Java, C# or Python) and RESTful services required;

• Demonstrated ability to build data‑intensive, high‑performance UIs, required
• Experience developing or integrating GenAI‑driven interfaces required, with experience using AI coding tools to increase productivity and efficiency preferred
• Coding community involvement, such as side projects, open-source contributions or a public Git Hub that reflects ongoing learning and experimentation, preferred
• A commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days a week, required
