Community Living Campaign is looking for a warm, friendly person to help facilitate connections between people.

Communities are stronger when people of all ages and abilities are included. Living a good life means:

• Feeling connected and not alone
• Helping others and giving back
• Making your own choices
• Building relationships based on fairness and mutual respect
• Celebrating the diversity of San Francisco
• Living in a home that feels safe and respectful
• Having enough money for basic needs

Laguna Honda.

Schedule:

Wednesdays 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

• Assist the on-site Community Connector with creating a supportive and welcoming environment for seniors and adults with disabilities from the community.
• Set up and take down site equipment.
• Help participants sign in and register.
• Provide participant support during activities.
• Assist guest presenters.

• Patient, friendly, and welcoming personality.
• Someone who loves making sure everyone is enjoying themselves.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lead a group in activities is a plus.
