Now hiring Lead HVAC Service Technician in San Francisco. Join Cabrillo Plumbing, Heating and Air for a full‑time, resident‑within‑25‑mile position that values expertise and attitude.

ResponsibilitiesLead residential service‑call work on furnaces and A/C systems. Troubleshoot and repair all major HVAC brands, including Mitsubishi heat‑pump diagnostics, controls and repairs. Provide excellent customer service, clear communication and teamwork.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of residential service‑call experience on furnaces & A/C systems
- EPA 608 Type II Certification (minimum)
- Deep familiarity with Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman and other major brands
- Strong expertise in Mitsubishi heat‑pump diagnostics, controls & repairs
- Sharp problem‑solver with keen attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer‑service mindset
- Clear communicator with homeowners and team members
- Valid CA driver’s license with clean record
