As a Water Damage Technician, you will be a part of positive change in the community, bringing health and safety to damaged buildings and spaces.

Pay : starting rates are $20 to $26 / hour depending on experience, with advancement opportunities.

What we are looking for :

• 1-3 years of experience in water restoration, construction, or in the janitorial industry preferred but not required
• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs with assistance up and down multiple flights of stairs (some buildings may not have elevators)
• One week per month of additional after-hours availability and overtime
• Able to work alone or in a group and communicate effectively
• Must be 18 years old
• Access to reliable transportation is required to get to and from our offices
• Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass physical and able to wear half or full-face respirator masks
• Ability to work at heights (ladder / scaffold)
• Valid California Driver's License
