Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized entry;
Monitor access points, assist with visitor directions and/or check-in processes as required by site policy, and report policy violations to management;
Complete security-related reports and daily activity logs, communicate observations to site personnel, and cooperate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed
