The Dealer Manager is responsible for managing assigned dealer relationships to drive revenue growth within the Spot On Dealer Sales channel. This role serves as the primary strategic partner and liaison for dealers, supporting all matters related to reselling Spot On software and payments solutions while collaborating across internal sales channels to maximize growth opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage dealer contracts, quotas, territories, recruitment, and terminations
Serve as the primary regional representative for the Spot On Dealer Program
Act as the main escalation point for all dealer-related issues
Educate, train, and mentor dealers on Spot On products, policies, procedures, and competitive advantages
Assist dealers with lead generation, proposal development, pipeline management, and closing POS opportunities
Partner with Spot On sales channels, referral partners, and sales enablement teams to drive joint revenue outcomes
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all dealer-facing materials, including the Dealer Manual, pricing programs, authorized dealer lists, product documentation, and training resources
Ensure timely, professional, and high-quality communication with all dealers and prospective dealers
Location
Travel extensively across West Coast Region (up to 20+ weeks annually)
When not traveling, this position will be based out of the San Francisco, CA office.
This role is critical to the growth of the Spot On Dealer ecosystem, ensuring dealers are equipped, enabled, and supported to successfully sell, implement, and grow Spot On solutions within their markets.
